The Cliche: “1st Page Of Google”

It’s so cliche.

Businesses get bombarded with telemarketing calls from places as far as India offering businesses that they can get them on the first page of Google.

It happens so much that the value of the covenant spot seemingly gets withered down to those business owners. The pitch is so saturated that it’s looked at as just another “advertising” pitch to business owners and leading them to gloss over.

But if you know how powerful that top spot on search engines are, then you know the value of it. I certainly know how powerful it is, because I offer my local lead generation services using that top spot of search engines to get businesses more business. So, I know the value.

So to the SEO experts, please stop your pitches with, “Hello sir!…I can get you on the first page of Google!”. No, no, no! It’s so cliche, monotonous, and boring. Change it up.

Perhaps begin with explaining how much of a value your service would bring. What are the benefits of being on the first page of Google? Maybe even explain what’s the importance or what are the benefits of getting more traffic to their business’s website. Believe me, there are business owners out there that are clueless about anything that has to do with the internet. So, educating them is the key.
